| Europe and Canada are the countries with the lowest tuition fees on one hand and an excellent education system on the other. The low tuition does not compromise the quality of the education! The fees in some of the top universities in Canada is even cheaper than India e.g. my student is studying Masters in Oral Biology from McGill University where the fees is approximately 7 lakhs per annum! In some of the European countries like Germany and the Scandinavian countries the education is free even for international students.
